Volunteer Opportunities
Each year, volunteers make KCLS Foundation’s Literary Lions Gala possible. Your support and dedication are crucial to the execution and success of this event. We hope you will join us on Saturday, March 15th from 5-8pm at the Bellevue Library.
The KCLS Foundation has a variety of roles to fulfill and a need for 60+ individuals to join us in the festivities. Once you complete the volunteer sign-up, we will be in touch on your specific role, follow-up information, and next steps.
We value your time and thank you for your interest in volunteering for our 2025 Literary Lions Gala.
VOLUNTEER INFO AND REQUIREMENTS
Most volunteers must be at the Bellevue Library by 3:00PM on Saturday, March 15, 2025, and stay until the completion of event wrap-up at approximately 9PM.
Time Commitment: 3pm to 9pm
Volunteers must be at least 21 years of age and should be comfortable engaging with the public.
Volunteers must be dressed in festive attire.
Volunteers will attend an orientation and be provided with refreshments and dinner during the event.
Some orientation materials may be shared in advance and some volunteer roles may require additional training prior to the event.
